Job Description :
Company wish to hire a Customer Care Executive who can live chat with our customers on the website of the Company

The Executive will receive a login id and password for live chat option and will help the customers who have any queries. The agent should also enter all data of interacted customer in an excel sheet for future uses. The agent should cater to all live chat requests made between 10 PM and 6 AM IST. Training will be provided as required.

Additional details:

  • To live chat with users politely and answer all grievances
  • To help users checkout on the website and provide any details required
  • To redirect unanswerable queries as emails on official email id
  • To be online during the entire duration and reply without the user exiting the site
  • To make a database of the customers interacted with

 Skills Needed:

  • Excel and computer knowledge
  • Good typing speed
  • English communication skills
  • Ability to handle aggressive customers
  • Ability to stay awake at designated time
  • Preferred if applicant already has a laptop/ computer and good speed internet connection at home

Payment Structure:

  • Salary : To be discussed
  • Monthly Internet Bill (Upto 2 MBps) : Rs. 1800/-

  • Incentives if all requests answered in month within 1 minute : Rs. 2000/-
    Plus :
  • Incentives for any physical orders got through personal contacts : 10% of the Total Bill
