Job Description:
- Will be responsible for
overall planning and execution of the Industrial projects - Will be responsible for developing green field project for manufacturing MNC
- Co-ordinate with various
agencies like Architect, PMC Office, agencies for technical supports,
approvals etc - Responsible for Land
Development - Co-ordinate with Core
committee assigned for Project for layouts and other flow issues - Day to day interactions
with various site contractors - Enquiries &
selection of Design Consultants - Approvals like building
plans, fire safety, pollutions - Tender floating,
selection of contractors - Assistance for business
plan finalization, managing cashflow as per budget - Acting as site incharge
and responsible for all the activities happening on site
