• With Sales
  team analyse the forecasted project in order to assess its good
  adjustment considering the marketing aim.
• With foreign
  offices, and other design offices involved in former development of
  equipment and machinery, share information and experience in order to
  avoid going into wrong tracks and be more efficient in the course of
  new development.
• Conduct a
  comprehensive study of industrial projects. Assess costs and delay of
  projects, plan the involvement of productions and design teams and
  availability of material resources; in order to bring the most
  appropriate implementation plan.
• With
  Procurement Manager choose the best production options in order to meet
  objectives in terms of delay quality and cost.
• Ensure
  compliance of projects with procedures and rules specially focussing on
  safety, safety for user/customer as well as safety during production
  process.
• When
  implementing the project, coordinate with the production and design teams,
  manage priorities; in order to meet forecasted schedule and budget.
• In relation
  with BU’s Management, organize production and design work load and
  priorities in order to meet demand with reactivity.
