• Preparing
  the payment proposal on weekly basis and ensuring timely payment to the
  vendors
• Checking
  sales Invoices, Vouchers & Receipts
• Quarterly
  account reconciliation of suppliers
• TDS and
  Works Contract payments as per the statutory requirements
• Reconcile
  the bank statements in sap.
• direct / indirect taxation – Working
  knowledge of TDS, VAT, Service tax, etc.
• Debtors
  (Customer) Reconciliation.(OC-wise reconciliation statement)
• Vendor
  reconciliation. & Customer collection reports updating.
• Office
  Administration Work – like Cheque Deposits, Filling the cash Vouchers
  of workers etc.
• Monthly
  payment reporting to the management.
• Responsible
  for physical storage of all the vouchers in the files, and binding from
  time to time
• Debtors
  Ageing
• Creditors
  Ageing
• Inventory
  verification
