Job
Description :

• Identify
  training needs within the organization.
• Identify
  critical skills associated with each functional or workcell managerial
  position.
• Identifies
  specific voids in training programme. Recommend effective training
  solutions.
• Consults
  with management to identify training needs.
• Develops
  yearly training calendar and ensure at most completion of training as
  per schedule.
• Create and
  implement effective evaluation tools to measure effectiveness of
  training.
• Develop and
  maintain a core curriculum of supervisory training.
• Effectively
  use adult learning principles to maximize effectiveness of training.
• Continue to
  develop and demonstrate effective instructor competencies. Relate
  course material to actual on the job tasks and ensure development of
  these competencies. Provide coaching and follow up to all learning
  events.
• Monitors
  program effectiveness, analyzes feedback and recommends changes,
  enhancements or additions to the training program.
• Achieve
  overall high satisfaction ratings (9.0/10.0 standard).
• Follow all
  ISO and department procedures
• Manage “On
  the Spot Award” program and replenish as needed.
• Ensure
  Orientation and Induction of the New Ils and DLs 
• Ensure
  Certification and Recertification Process for DLs
• Drive
  Corporate Initiatives
