Location : Pune, Koregaon – Bhima
Qualification : CS, Member of ICSI
Experience : 1 to 3 years experience as Company Secretary of Public Limited Company
Job Responsibilities :
- Compliance related to Company Law Matters, listing agreements and other statutory issues.
- Conducting meetings of the Board and various committees appointed by the Board.
- Support on Legal issues like minutes for Trust work.
- Implementation of Coprorate Governance.
- Representing the Company in various court matters pertaining to recovery from dealers / distributors.
- Co-ordinating legal cases being handled in various branches and follow up with the branch offices.
- Ensuring timely correspondence/communications of various events to shareholders.
- Other support services.
Skills and Knowledge :
Finance Management,
Statutory knowledge and compliance procedures,
Skills in dealing with external agencies
Company’s Profile : Incorporated more than 20 years before, the Company is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of colour televisions. Further, the Company is also engaged in trading microwave ovens, refrigerators, colour televisions, LCD TVs, air conditioners and audio systems. The Company has a technical collaboration with a Japanese company for the manufacture of colour televisions (‘CTVs’).
