• Control plan
  preparation and modification with respect to drawing and manufacturing
  process
• APQP
  documentation
• PPAP
  documentation
• New product
  development with regular coordinating domestic customers.
• Ensure
  timely development of the new product development
• Modifications
  in the wheel rims as per customer requirements and tracking the
  performance of the product
• Regular
  interaction with customer for upcoming projects
• Samples
  submission to customer
• Drawing
  approval follow-up with customer
• Regularization
  of the product
• Technical
  presentations to customers
• Tracking of
  warranty failed parts trend.
• Attending
  warranty meetings at customer end
• Maintaining
  all warranty records
• Preparation
  and maintaining BOM in SAP system.
• Entering all
  product engineering related  data in system like scrap, weight
  etc
