• Administer,
  monitor the attendance management of Contract Labour.
• Prepares and
  provides Headcount, absenteeism, attrition, separation etc… reports to
  the management with analysis and specific remarks.
• Is
  responsible to update and monitor DL Attendance management system.
•  Provides
  guidance and supervise DL recruiter’s activities and helps to Identify,
  screen, interview, and refers qualified candidates.
• Provides
  require DL Manpower to workcells and support departments in line with
  the forecast lock as well works out on DL discontinuation strategy in
  case of surplus manpower.  
• Prepare
  strategy to control DL absenteeism and attrition.
• Effectively
  resolves employees grievances.  Takes initiatives and
  proactive steps to create  healthy working environment to
  ensure comfirtness of DLs in the organization.
• Periodically
  provides overall update on DL related issues and their
  behavior.  Carries motivational and recreational activities
  for DLs to boost their moral.
• Prepares DL
  payroll input file and ensures accurate wage disbursement through
  contractors to all DLs.
• Coordinates
  with contractors on day today basis to resolve DL related issues, for
  recruitment, absenteeism & attrition, statutory compliance
  etc…
•  Provides
  effective 2-way communication in order to maintain good employee and
  contractor relations.
• Ensures
  ‘Best Operator Award’, ‘100% attendance Luck award’, meeting with
  ‘Pulse team’ is coordinated effectively and in time.
