Qualification : BE (Automobile / Mechanical / Production / Industrial) with MBA (Marketing)
Experience : 20 – 30 years of experience in Sales and Business development which should includes at least 10+ years of independent role in business development, with successful track of growth and contribution in the progress of the organization (preferably in automobile company).
Job Description :
- To formulate business strategies for overall growth of the organization in India as well as in other countries in Asia
- Inspiring Leader with established identity of being successful for motivating people in automotive sector including OEMs.
- Long term vision for developing action oriented strategies linked with clear targets.
- Development of business strategies in line with Group’s objectives and continual overall growth.
- Directing as well as heading the whole Business Development, Sales/ Marketing Department.
- New Product Development, analysis of of new opportunities and visualization of different product lines as per market demand
- Formulation of price strategy for all existing products as well as for products in development stage and to keep a track of competitors activities as well as their pricing strategy.
- Regularize revenue periodically as per plan and achieve optimum profit level.
- Close co-ordination in connection with innovation, research and development, planning, strategy development etc. for new and existing products on regular basis.
- Development of various channels for acquiring Market Intelligence and information and remain proactive in implementing them for organization support and sustained growth.
- Clear direction for product positioning, price, management, requirements, strategies, planning etc. and a decision maker in difficult situations.
- Responsible for brand building and enhancing the image of the company in the country.
- Ambassador of the company to represent company’s objectives and goals, strategies, business operations etc. and match the same with prevailing norms and trends in the industry globally.
