Job Description :

• Supervises and coordinates day-to-day activities of multiple functional areas of inventory control including shipping, warehouse (stockroom), & direct fulfillment.
• Ensures shipment schedules are met, prioritizes shipments, tracks incoming and outgoing finished material, and ensures correct quantities of materials are shipped to customers
• Maintains finished product inventory and ensures return to vendor shippers are posted and processed
• Oversees and tracks the movement of material from the warehouse (stockroom) to the manufacturing floor to support production schedules.
• Delegates material movement assignments to warehouse (stockroom) staff.
• Maintains the accuracy of stockroom inventory and Jabil’s ERP and corrects accuracies.
• Tracks and reports metrics related to the warehouse (stockroom).
• Coordinates, oversees, and delegates material flows and order fulfillment which involves analyzing material, material flow, physical inventory, and cost.
• Plans the flow and final shipment of material
• Participates in the hiring process of new employees and the employees’ subsequent evaluation, training and development.
