• Respnosible
  to lead team of 3 to 4 direct reports
• Will be
  responsible for participate and define architecture for Heavy &
  Medium Commercial Axle Aggregate product
• Should have
  depth knowledge on vehicle power-train include Engine, Transmission,
  Propeller shaft aggregate & system to define Axle product for
  intended application
• Should know
  how on Parallel and non parallel axis gear size selection
• Should know
  how on deriving inferences from FEA analysis and shall possess adequate
  technical skill to take long term technical decision
• Should have
  flexibility to meet priority demand
• Should know
  how on testing criteria
• Should be
  able to evaluate and define program time line
• Should be
  well versed with MCV/HCV vehicle market and application scenario and
  demand
• Exposed to
  procurement, manufacturing environment on Indian terrain Auto Industry
• Should be
  Well versed with failure analysis and to draw effective technical
  action plan to eradicate issues
• Sound know
  how on casting, forging processes and industry trend.
• Should have
  exposure on Axle and prop shaft manufacturing and shop floor practices.
