Description :
- Should be
experienced in ROBOTIC WELDING, Spot, Projection,Tig welding, Mig
welding. - should have
exposure to weld shop and equipments used in weld shop, plasma cutting
machines etc. - Will
be responsible for coordinating with the other departments for smooth
functioning and accomplishing production as per customers’ requirement
& organizational guidelines. - Responsible
for inspecting welds and weldments for acceptance / rejection and
repairs. - System
implementations in weld shop - should have
exposure to sheet Metal Fabrication and Welded sub assemblies
- Make
decisions to make variations in the process with the objective to
improve the process stability. - Should
be able to handle production related tasks including planning, control
& troubleshooting, resource planning, manpower, machines, etc.
for
achieving the planned periodic schedules and process
control. - Should
be aware about welding processes like GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GMAW
etc.
