Qualification : BE (Mech), BE (Auto) with Management Degree in Operations / Production Management
Experience : 8-10 yrs experience (independent experience of 2-3 years as operations head or production head)
Job Responsibilities :
Overall responsibility of smooth running of the plant operations in the below mentioned areas:
- Production Planning & inventory
- Production
- Process management
- Technology management in the plant
- Quality Assurance
- Laboratory
- Budget preparation & control
- Should have exposure to labour problems
- Person should know good manpower practices
- Strong in Production management
- Should have thorough knowledge of other supportive functions like QA, Maintenance,
- Planning, HR, Training, etc.
- Should be good motivator and Good Quality Leader
- Gender : Male / Female (in case of female, she should be married and well settled in Pune)
Age : 30 to 35 yrs.
