  product ranges.
• Demonstrated
  ability to interface with all levels of internal management and
  external customers.
• Conducting
  competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor
  moves to achieve the market share metrics
• Co-ordinate
  and control the operations of the branches in the region
• Lead the
  region’s sales growth planning process, including OEM and channel
  development
• Develop good
  key customer relationship at different levels of decision making
• Increase the
  market share and meet the revenue goals of the company
• Develop and
  lead a team of sales Engineers and Managers
