Experience
: 2 – 5 years of experience

Familiar
with the Material management and Sales Distribution business process
and SAP terminology
Knowledge
of SAP Materials Management module

  1. Purchasing
  2. Inventory
    Management
  3. Logistics
    Invoice Verification
  4. Material
    Requirements Planning (MRP)

Knowledge
of SAP Sales and Distribution module

  1. Sales
    (Orders / Scheduling Agreement)
  2. Shipping and
    Transportation
  3. Billing
  4. Handling
    Unit Management

Familiar
with help desk process and change management

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Support SAP
    help desk tickets of MM/SD modules
  • New MM/SD
    business process implementation
  • Improve
    current MM/SD business process
  • Support new
    SAP roll out projects
  • Develop
    training materials
  • Training and
    development of SAP end users (in English)
  • SAP end user
    relations
