Qualification : B. E. Mechanical
Experience : 3 to 6 years experience.in B.E.
Mechanical
              
         4 to 8 years experience in Diploma


Job description:  

  • Mechanical Maintenance of HMC, VMC, CNC machines etc
  • Mechanical Maintenance of special purpose machine
  • Mechanical Maintenance of  Assembly lines
  • Mechanical Maintenance of forklifts.
  • Breakdown Maintenance
  • Utility Maintenance
  • Preventive and predictive Mechanical Maintenance
  • Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work
    activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of
    personnel.
  • Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance
    of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.
  • Investigate accidents and injuries, and prepare reports of
    findings.
  • Compile operational records, such as production records, inventory
    data, repair and maintenance statistics, and test results.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and
    procedures.
  • Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to
    correct job-skill deficiencies.
  • Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to
    determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
  • Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, and
    maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
Required Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics & Pneumatics
  • Basic knowledge of Utility equipment like compressor, DG set, pump
    house etc.
  • Basic knowledge of material handling equipment like Cranes,
    forklift etc
  • Have knowledge of mechanical principle of machines and equipment.
  • Thorough knowledge of the functioning of the production machine.
  • Sound knowledge of materials , working-principle of parts, reading
    specifications, reading drawings
  • Administration (organize spare parts, filing system, record
    keeping, report writing)
  • Able to use shop tools like drilling, welding and grinding machine,
    press, etc.
