Job Description:
- Maintain Stores Operations, responsible for keeping day-to-day track of stocks of warehouse
- Evolving an efficient Inventory Management system.
- Ensuring smooth processing and delivery of orders.
- Finding out the excess consumption of material as against the usual norms and report to the concerned authority.
- Periodical survey and reports of obsolete and slow moving material to the concerned authority.
- Monitoring and analyzing the inventory levels as per planning.
- To develop a good SCM and stores systems to achieve zero production loss and zero customer complains at optimum cost.
- To manage logistics services efficiently to save cost.
- Accepting the material from the vendors and maintaining store management protocol.
- Responsible for issuing of items according to FIFO basis and maintain stock register/Ledgers accordingly.
- Update stock inventory of all the Items and Maintain in FIFO and BIN CARD system on regular basis.
