Job Description :

Knowledge of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.
Maintain & upkeep the creditors ledger and take care of their payments.
Calculation and monthly payment of Excise Duty & Service Tax
Filing all the periodical returns (ER1, ER4, ER5, ER6 and ER7).
Maintain Excise & Service Tax records
Filing of monthly & quarterly VAT, CST returns and maintains the records.
Issue and collection of C & F Forms.
Reconciliation of VAT, CST with Financial statements.
Providing all relevant information on monthly quaterly MIS.
Monitor financial MIS for for business parameters and take appropriate action on a timely basis.
Financial statements Register.
Prepare fixed asset schedule as per the company act & as per income tax act.
Knowledge of Budgeting and forecasting.

Area of Accountability :Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the accounting processes, financial statements, product invoicing at Manufacturing Facility of the Company at Chakan.
