Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech – Electrical
Experience : 7 to 10 years  (in Transformer Industry)

Job Profile:
This position will be responsible for supervision of production and Quality output from the Assembly lines and performing a wide variety of complex duties such as analyzing, developing, implementing and maintaining manufacturing operation sequences, specifications and equipments, requirements for production / assembly of new and existing products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for Production Planning & Control
  • Meeting up planned Targets
  • Utilize lean manufacturing tools and lead kaizens to implement process improvements.
  • Manage shifts
  • Increase manufacturing productivity and efficiency.
  • Meet customer quality requirements and reduce PPM’s.
  • Achieve 100% on-time delivery to all customers.
  • System Development, Implementing & Monitoring

  • Organization: Strong organization and analytical skills; detailed oriented.
  • Work behaviors: Demonstrated the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Leadership: Offers constructive ideas and suggestion for team building and process development.
  • Setting and Meeting commitments: Estimates for own commitments and influences establishment ofschedules and work assignments in a team environment.
  • Communication skills: Possesses excellent oral and written communications

Functional Competencies:

  • Sound knowledge of root cause & counter measure analysis along with implementation of Poka Yoke forimproving quality and production
  • Familiarity of tools like SPC, FMEAs, Lean Manufacturing, KANBAN shall be preferred.
  • Needs to have strong material and machine qualities
  • Experience in EHS
  • Experience in Maintennce
  • People Management/Labour management

Incumbent should have worked in an ISO organisation; he should possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
