Post : Assistant / Deputy Manager – Customer QA – CRD/2696
Location : Pune
Qualifications : DME / BE (Mechanical)
DME candidate : 8 to 10 years of experience in the function of Quality Assurance preferably in an auto component industry
BE (Mechanical) candidate : 4 to 5 years of experience in the function of Quality Assurance preferably in an auto component industry.
Job Description :
- To assure the quality of the products delivered by the company is as per the requirements of the customer.
- To act as a liaison between departments & the customer to ensure on time corrections to the queries raised by the customer on desired product quality.
- To ensure Quality systems are followed.
- To respond quickly to any customer related issues to ensure resolution within the time limits to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
- Analyze customer returns for failure and prepare 8D’s as per customers requirements
- Drive improvement actions for customer return failures
- Analyze warranty return parts and identify reason for failure & drive improvement actions for warranty failures.
- Maintain and improve the documented system to meet ISO/TS 16949 requirements.
- To regularly visit the customer locations to establish, develop and maintain customer relations
- A good knowledge of the Quality Systems and & processes and ability to apply the same in various situations to get the desired results.
- A good knowledge of TS 16949 system & ability to conduct internal audits and facilitate closing of NC’s & preparation for the audits by other functions.
- A sound knowledge of systems like APQP, FMEA & the ability to apply the knowledge to produce the desired results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasion skills.
