Position : Sr. Engineer Purchase – CRD/2697

Location : Pune

Qualification & Experience : B.E. Mechanical with 3 – 6 years of experience

Job Descriptions :

  • Experience in Engineering & Project based Organizations.
  • Procurement of different Castings
  • Procurement of steel & stainless steel of various grades.
  • Purchase of machining & Fabrication Components as per ASME Standard components.
  • Procurement of Materials handling- Plates & Structural material, Plate, Angle, Channel ,Flats etc., Pipes-Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel -Seamless, ERW etc. Fasteners-MS, SS & Special
  • Conversant with ASTM Standards of castings and forgings.
  • Conversant with Quality aspects of castings and forgings (Chemical, Physical, Mechanical & NDE Testing).
  • Negotiating with suppliers in respect of zero base costing, credit terms, conditions of supply, mode of payment.
  • Knowledge of ERP
