Qualification :  B.E / Diploma – Civil / Mechanical ( CAD based Software & Engineering Services )
Experience   :   6 – 10 years of experience.

  • The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in planning and delivering new Managed Services Clients through a variety of strategies to support the growth and expansion of End to End Networks.
  • He should be a result-driven individual who thrives to achieve results in a competitive environment.
  • The role as Business Development Manager would include utilizing professional selling skills to generate leads, cultivate client relationships and achieve results for the Organization

Job Description:

  •  Business Development activities for Pan India Location and South Asia Continent. Frequent travelling in India & south Asia will be required.
  • Research, source, make initial contact (cold calling, telephone prospecting), and meet potential clients at their locations to accurately qualify the prospect and establish needs;
  • Prepare and present proposals and close new accounts in targeted verticals;
  • Network and actively participate in User Groups, Associations, and Trade Shows in
  •  targeted verticals, including after-hours events;
  • Provide timely feedback to the Managing Director regarding performance, sales activity reports and account strategy concerns;
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to creatively develop ongoing Sales Scripting whether for Cold Calling, Emails, Presentations, Public-Speaking Engagements, & unique proposals.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Ready to travel extensively in India & abroad to promote Sales & Marketing Activities.
