- Person should have good experience in sales of products like Front Axles, Rear Axles, Axle Beams, driveline system, gears Shafts and Transmission. will be preferred.
- Candidates should be aware of all the OEMs in India and their procurement mechanism.
- Costing of New Products, Cost Evaluation and Price Finalization with the customers.
- Annual Sales Budgeting / Demand Forecasting, Sales and Debtor control, identifying new customer segment, share of business analysis, competitor activity analysis, development of value added derivatives, business development, handling quality problem.
- Analyzing business potential, conceptualising & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets
- Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures
- Follow up and negotiate with customers for engineering cost, tooling cost & piece part approval.
