Post :  Service Engineer – CRD / 2995
Location : Chennai
Qualification : BE/B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical
Experience : 2 to 5 years.

Job Description : 

  • Should have knowledge of servicing of  Transformer & Switch gear
  • Handling Servicing and Spares
  • Receiving complaints from Customers, OEAs, OEMs, Dealers, service providers etc.,
  • Providing service to the customers by visits, through Authorised Service centres, Authorised Service Representatives.
  • Monitoring & closing complaints to customers expectations ( Response time, MTTR)
  • Evaluation of ASC/ASR service performance & taking corrective actions for improvements.
  • Planning & maintaining spares stock at Service centres.
  • Sending fortnightly complaints, QOS reports to CSSD in the format provided by CSSD within the target dates.
  • Raising warranty requests for within Warranty failures, sending to CSSD under a copy to Concerned Units & co-ordinating with CSSD/ Units to get the Spares in time.
  • Clearing service bills as per price list / forwarding service bills to Branch accounts, ensuring the bills are accounted in SAP by accounts & sending fund request to CSSD through Branch
  • accounts for making payments.
  • Sending Defective materials to units for failure analysis & corrective actions.
  • Visiting Key customers along with Branch marketing engineers to get feedback from Customers, OEAs, OEMs, Dealers etc.,
  • Service Centre Audits, Spare dealer audits as instructed by CSSD.
  • Achieving Service/ Spares business targets set by CSSD.
  • Collection of payments, C forms, TDS Certificates from the customers for Spares, Service business.
  • Attending Training programmes, Spares/ Service meets as directed by CSSD.
  • Any other jobs assigned by CSSD.
